How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your liaisonIQ account and associated data:

  1. Open the liaisonIQ app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile (bottom navigation).
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm.
  5. Tap Permanently Delete My Account.

Alternatively, email support@liaisoniq.app with your account email to request deletion.

What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

Your Stripe subscription (if any) is cancelled automatically. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you must cancel that subscription separately in your device's subscription settings to stop future charges.

What Data Is Retained

We retain audit and security logs for up to 2 years for compliance purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy. These records may include your user ID and activity type until they expire under our retention schedule.

Retention Period

Deletion is permanent. There is no additional retention period for your personal data after account deletion.
